PVC造粒机具有相同的特点。该机塑化效果好,生产效率高,整机冲击施工,自动化程度高,采用锥形双螺杆安装在挤出机上,与其它物料如:碳酸钙、氯化聚乙烯、静电、蜡等混合而成。颗粒/颗粒可用于挤出、注射等。PVC造粒机采用双螺杆挤出机,造粒/造粒模具,热面切割机,热风输送系统。该挤出机可加工硬聚氯乙烯和软聚氯乙烯。

It can fine plasticizing, high productive efficiency, impact construction in the whole machine and high automatization, adopts conical twin screw installs on the extruder, and the PVC material mixture with other materical.

Application

This production line is used to produce PVC granule includes rigid pvc and soft pvc.

Usage of PVC granule is for extrusion, injection and other areas.

PVC Granule is the base material (basic material) of PVC plastic molding, and other auxiliary materials need to be added in the actual molding time.

The chemical and physical properties of PVC rigid PVC is one of the most widely used plastic materials. PVC is an amorphous material. Stabilizer, lubricant, auxiliary processing agent, pigment, anti impact agent and other additives are often added to PVC materials in actual use.

PVC material has non flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidant, reductant and strong acid. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acid, such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and it is not suitable for contacting with aromatic hydrocarbon and chlorinated hydrocarbon.

The melting temperature of PVC is a very important process parameter during processing. If this parameter is not appropriate, it will lead to the problem of material decomposition. The flow characteristics of PVC are quite poor, and its process range is very narrow. Especially the high molecular weight PVC material is more difficult to process (this material usually needs to add lubricant to improve the flow characteristics), so the low molecular weight PVC material is usually used. The shrinkage of PVC is quite low, generally 0.2-0.6%.

Injection molding process conditions:

Drying treatment: usually no drying treatment is required.

Melting temperature: 185 ~ 205C mold temperature: 20 ~ 50c

Injection pressure: up to 1500bar holding pressure: up to 1000bar injection speed: in order to avoid material degradation, the injection speed is generally equivalent.

Runner and gate: all conventional gates can be used. If machining smaller parts, use a needle tip gate or a submerged gate; for thicker parts, use a fan gate. The minimum diameter of needle type gate or submerged gate shall be 1mm; the thickness of fan-shaped gate shall not be less than 1mm.
