1.1 Main material: PVC powders (SG-5) + Caco3, soft PVC
1.2 Additive: Stabilizer, CPE, ACR, DOP, TiO2
1.3 All the materials should be mixed completely

2.1 Space in workshop
PVC Skirting Board Production Line: about 22.5m (length) X 2.5m (width) X 2.85m (height), is adjustable up to your workshop. (Include inline-skirting printer)
2.2 Electricity network: 380V 50HZ 3-phase
2.3 Wire/cables: wires/cables from customer’s general control cabinet to the main control cabinet for profile extrusion line; all electrical cable from the main control cabinet to each machine.
2.4 Total power installed 110KW for skirting board (Extrusion Line + Mixer). Actual power consumption percentage: 80%;
2.5 Water requirement: 0.5-1T/h and water can be circulated by means of a water pool (built by customer);
